The clean must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17º. 

Tasting notes

Nice cherry red colour. Honest in the nose, clean, with raspberry and red fruit aromas.
Wide and refreshing taste in the mouth, with a fruity retro-nasal character. 
Good structure and outstanding persistence. Overall nice sensation.
